Smash and Elections.

Sunday, 6.47PM.

My friend and I went outside to play Badminton. We roamed around town for a quiet street to get our game on. After an hour of playing, we went to the Plaza to watch a basketball game and eat Pizza. Then we went home. Now I'm awfully tired.

I like it when I'm tired especially when I did something that is essential to my development and growth as a person.

Now I'm craving for something new to do. Hit up the gym for exercise, play Badminton regularly, try new things like Kart Racing and other stuff. I'm the type of person who can't just sit around and do nothing. I gotta move my ass else I would just be bombarded with my thoughts.

And there are some things I don't wanna think about.

Monday, 10.52AM.

This segment is written in Tagalog. Regarding the Philippine Elections. Questioning the integrity of the Filipinos. Excuse my language.

Much Love,
HalfCrazy

Staying active is very good not only for your health but also to keep you going. Staying at home and doing nothing is really a time waster. Life is short so get the most out of everyday.

Go Gordon... kahit kapangalan ko si Gibo... hehehe

I don't know kung sadyang tamad lang ako, but sometimes i prefer to just sit my ass off and sleep.

maybe because i'm deprived of it.

Hi Half Crazy, I love badminton, but have not played since 1971! If I play with you, can give me 12 points? Ha ha. Service over, Lee.

I used to hit the gym almost everyday. Now, not so much. I need to get back into it. My favorite sport to play is basketball. But, I haven't played in forever. Probably couldn't run the floor one time now. haha

@ROSEBELLE - Well said, I agree with everything you wrote!

Stressed out tuloy ako. Haha! Get your ass moving! Haha!

@UNCLE LEE - I don't consider myself very good so if I give you 12 points in advance, I might not be able to chase it anymore and you'd win. LOL!

@JAY - Maybe it's time to get back into shape? Haha goodluck with that!

Hi Halfcrazy (I bet you're not!),

Thank you for visiting. Yes, my daughter is going to have another garage sale in the summer. I think the GFC has a lot to do with people not buying, being short of cash.

Good luck with the exercise. I do yoga, which I love!.

Hi there, engaging with exercise or sports are healthy choice of activities. More and more youngsters are just sitting in front of their PCs, playing online games for 18 hours a day, and only come out for food or toilet.

Way to go, HalfCrazy. Btw, I love yoga and aerobics the most and I continue my "exercise" at home - chasing my kids around the house :)

I'm glad you warned me the 2nd section was in Tagalog ~ otherwise I'd be convinced I was suddenly afflicted with severe dyslexia!

Re the English bit: you're right, it is very important to keep control of our own thought process, otherwise all manner of havoc may ensure...

ps the lady who used to work at our local post office spoke Tagalog... "what strange type of Chinese is that with no tones?" I wondered... (the vast majority of Oriental people here in London are of Chinese origin ~ they're nearly always Cantonese-speakers, at least the ones who live here are)... then she told me TAGALOG and I thought wow! I had never met someone from the Phillipines before ;->...

It is important to be active. It is even more important to be still and allow those thoughts you are avoiding to flow through you. To avoid our thoughts is a game that ends badly. Be here, be in the now and allow your thoughts to flow.

My hubby loves playing badminton. I used to play with him but I stopped for now because I'm a little preoccupied at home.

I admire the boldness of your statements - talagang pampagising. I agree with your statements.
